My tactic is usually just find a version that is flawless and never update it again... This release here, seems not beta, but alpha. Because you can't really call it a beta, when you release something that has massive memory leak and crashes on youtube. It's not like these are minor details that someone could miss. If you don't go test your driver in youtube before releasing it, why do you even bother?
I thought i had found the "flawless" drivers in 15.7.1, up until 2 days ago, where the PC was just standing idle, i return to the pc room after a few minutes and i see... a reboot... The PC had rebooted on its own. I run whocrashed and i see there has been a BSOD caused by atisomething... I still avoid the AMD SATA drivers like the plague. The best driver i had seen was 13.12, but it has primitive support for my main GPU... I wish i could go back to it.
