I've bought 3 components (GPU, PSU and motherboard) to try and fix this problem but it didn't make any difference. That's why I'm scared of buying new components.

I had the same issue when running 2 X 2 RAM as well as an odd config. Random fps Drops in games I was playing at the time. BF4 and Black Ops 2. No rhyme or reason I would get very frequent fps Drops when playing online with an i5 non-k ivy chip and a Gtx 750ti or the HD 7850. As soon as I installed 2 X 4 gig or crucial ballistix, I was running perfectly.

Can I have more assistance please? If it's hardware related issue, I want to know what the exact problem is before wasting some money.

Most people are suggesting its your RAM. If youre not running in dual channel mode you are halving your memory bandwidth which could be causing these fps drops. You need 2 (or 4) identical sticks of memory to run in dual channel.

Hi guys, is it okay if I can lend 4 GB RAM 1600 MHz from a friend before buying my own RAM?

You need a matching kit that meets the game minimums.
An 8g dual kit of ddr3 is super cheap.

UPDATE : RAM DIDN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM

I've tried another RAM stick with the same Timing and speed, but the issue still exists. I am sure it's not the RAM... Guys please help me frown.gif

What's your GPU VRAM usage?

Also if you didn't try it yet, use MSI Afterburner to increase PowerLimit as high as possible, never a bad idea!

edit: though the drops occuring on lower resolution as well would speak against it being related to GPU entirely.

Consider forcing your CPU to run at max turbo at all times, by disabling power savings and setting it to max turbo in bios.

Might also be some software issue, try disabling onboard audio device in bios and see if the issue goes away. If it goes away that way, then turn it on again try different onboard audio drivers, sometimes the latest ones can have bugs that cause all kinds of issues.

could be other drivers for onboard (or peripheral, try with all peripheral devices removed) stuff as well. Or a virus.
