I bought the Train Simulator 2013, since then I have been upgraded three times automatically to Train Simulator 2016....with all the same DLC + new DLC for the new generation.

Is this like the fabricated 130$+ DLCs price that evolve got complained at but ended up just being writers who can't read, just for the sake of puking out words?

Because just from a quick glance at TS on steam, you can see several packs which contain trains listed on that list as individuals, for a much lower price tag.

So basically, this is another click bait brainless writer article.

I don't have the game, nor care about it. But I hate being lied to by foolish writers.

People, you can't compare this to your average COD EA milk fest.

Train Simulators / Plane simulators aren't for your impulsive tweenies. There are people (my old boss), who paid big time money for this "plane setup" back at his house. I'm talking $5,000 for panels to resemble the inside of a cockpit, $$$$ for the various lever throttles, etc etc. He'd pay good money for a well modeled plane that he was interested in.

It's a hobby. He's no "gamer", but he'll have a certain flight plan and digitally enjoy the career he decided not to pursue.

No difference with this Train Simulator.

This article is trying to create bickering just for the sake of creating bickering. (i know i'm using that word as a noun when it's a verb, deal with it)

this.
train simulator and other actual, "real" simulators are made for small niche hobbyists who want only a handful of things and they will by those select few items and be happy.
this way the dude who is obsessed with some obscure Russian steam engine can be just as happy as the dude obsessed with the newest diesel used by CSX....AND they both get obscene detail in the trains.

I know a couple train enthusiasts and they have zero complains about train sim...so if it works for the people it's intended then why complain?

For the same reason you complained about something else in the past that worked for other people: humans like to complain about things every now and then.

Worth is subjective. This is just a price they put on their DLCs.

For a model train enthusiast, getting a top quality train set irl would probably be a few thousand $$. I'm sure they don't mind paying $20 for highly detailed models of their favorite trains.
