never had any issue before.
another thing i found out. it happened today the usb turns off also. the comp looks like its on but its not. almost like its trying to go into hibernate or maybe not starting back up fully. but all settings in bios or windows are all off. it happens more often sometime in the early morning. windows update maybe?
So the problem started when you installed Windows 10? If you had the same system on Windows 7 with no problems, well... but sometimes we dont wanna do a clean install and Im guessing youre on Windows 10 because of performance. Yes It could be an update. It helps a lot to mark the date when the system started to fail, maybe matches the time when you Installed Windows 10, or a messy update like u say.
Also, I know Its your choice, but If youre not rendering the whole time and so, why have the CPU at max frequency and voltage the whole time? You could start checking If this fixes the problem, probably not tho.
Until you find somebody who solved the same problem, you´re gonna have to do some "test-error" on that system.
