144Hz AHVA monitors sucks.
Overclocked 60Hz 21:9 IPS monitors suffers from much worse IPS glow and BLB than 16:9 models.
FreeSync monitors have blur reduction if they are made by BenQ, Eizo etc.

Your best options are 60Hz IPS monitors with low lag. Eizo EV2750 was just released, should be tested soon.
