Can't turn on G-sync?

Thread Starter
Hey folks, it seems I can't turn on Gsync with my new Swift (just bought it 3 days ago). The wierd thing is, GeForce experience is telling me I DO have the latest drivers installed (and I've definitely restarted the computer several times since the last time I updated). Here's a screenshot showing how I don't have the proper options to select from (compare to the screenshot at the end of this post):

That should be all that matters, right? I even installed the WHQL drivers; no luck frown.gif

Anyway I also have the red lights on the monitor itself showing, and Gsync is enabled under the 'set up Gsync' option on the left, as seen in the screenshot. I haven't had much of a chance to just test Gsync, but I want to know everything is set up as it should be.

Does anyone know why the Gsync option isn't showing up? (as seen here, for example http://images.bit-tech.net/content_images/2013/12/nvidi... )

(PS-As a bonus, does anyone know a good place to get tips on how to best configure the Swift for the first time? I haven't been able to find a great guide, and my last monitor was 10+ years old >.>)

G-Sync isn't under that setting. Look up further (from screen shot) and you should see something like 'Monitor Technology'. That's were you can turn G-Sync on.

also make sure you force vsync globally at the bottom, along with gsync.
