playdoh to shape mouse?

Thread Starter
i have orochi laying around decided to try it out again. still too small, but was thinking of getting play doh and molding some to make it bigger

has this been done before?
can get as custom a shape as youd like

any way i can then set it? like spray a finish on it/.

No, play-doh will dry out and get crumbly.

Try this though
Keepsake play dough recipe

Though something specifically made for your purpose, like plaster or auto body filler, would probably work be easier to shape and more durable.

Is this is what you're looking for?
I've not used it, but it looks like it will add weight. The other option is using some kind of hard foam, or adding an outer shell with supports.

what you want is this material hobbyists use on plastic scale models called "green stuff".

ive been toying around with this idea for my g302/3

essentially its a puddy type substance that you can mould to whatever shape you like then hardens up like plastic. you could technically modify an existing shell with it.

just google "green stuff" and it will pop up.
