Why Kryonaut over liquid metal based TIM?

I didn't do it. But Kryonaut is compatible with LN2 and phase cooling. pretty sure liquid metal isn't compatible with phase. I know it isn't with LN2

Got this chip of hwbot's sales section. From Alex@ro.

anyways temp peak on package was 74c when I had 24c ambients

stays under 70 when its colder. (set 73f on the AC and it stayed under 70c)
watercooled, though.

If Kryonaut is really an issue for whoever wants to buy it I will either redelid for them or give them a discount to do it themselves or send of to SL.

Personally if it was up to me I wouldn't have resealed it, and just left the lid free but it was already done when I bought it.

Anyways price is already less than SL 4.8ghz + delid, sorta to compensate for the thermal grizzly as I know peoples preferences are all different.

Ahh makes sense. Was just curious since you didn't post any LN2 numbers so figured it was just in a rig for daily use under water or phase.

on phase this chip can do xtu at 5.3ghz I think 5.2 for sure. I didn't mess around too much with it since I have a better chip in the mail and the previous one I had was better.
this chip has under 5hours of use on it 3 hours doing realbench and 15 minutes of real benching

I am binning chips for cold. I have another chip showing up today and I am about to list another one that I tested before I delidded and didn't seal.

yeah this chip is pretty good for 5.3 on xtu set in 1.475-1.48 use enthusiastic vdroop or LLC and it peaks to 1.53 and should do 5.3ghz with phase on xtu.
On titanium. I never took this to phase with OCF as its not worth my time.

price drop for high temps.. I think this chip needs to be redellided I don't like the temperature difference between this and my other chp, they shouldn't be that different.
its cool enough for dail;ly 24/7 use but it should be cooler

silicon resealing can make it so theres a gap between lid and core and I suspect this happened

Agreed. Especially since the price is cheaper than SL. 590 vs 480, worth it
