No sorry I didn't took the time to do it. frown.gif

When my health goes back to normal and the Predator recall cools down I will resume my build...I hope it will be very soon.

This res has been giving me nothing but issues sadly. I have massive issues with their threading on the x4 res's. The threads just strip out without even over tightening for me, went through two bottoms now. dont know if lock tight is safe for POM/Acetal, or if that will even fill the gaps for leaks but the stops dont screw in to a stop at all, its impossible to over tighten when they never tighten in the first place they just turn, and turn, and turn, and turn some more, really dispointing.

You're using the provided stop plugs or some aftermarket ones?

I cannot get my X4 250 to hold water.

Not in a loop, I have not trusted it to be watertight to use it in a loop. I have reassembled dozens of times per EK's instructions that came out three weeks or four weeks? after the product was launched.

I've been degreasing all the parts the glass the delrin and the gaskets.

At first when reassembled it looks fine, then I let it sit overnight and the next morning a puddle is formed under the reservoir. So its a very slow leak not apparent to the human eye when first reassembled.

I want to RMA my reservoir as soon as possible under manufacturers warranty.

Did you check to see if you are having the same issue as me, bad threading, causing a bad seal on the plugs?

EDIT: Goodluck getting your RMA, apparently their products are so perfect that if they never had a problem before it means that a problem can never...EVER happen! and i quote

"Dear *****

I'm really sorry to hear about the reported problem.
Like our colleagues from PPC already explained, we don't have this problem with out X4 res and we didn't get even one such report in the past.
Can you please be so kind and send me couple of pictures showing me the damage and please tell me what you mean by »Im really disapointed that the stops just turn« ? Do you mean a Plug?

Best regards, Igor Podlipnik"

Ive supplied them with a picture, i cant wait to see how they tell them its my fault because with the way they worded that its looking like thats what they are going to do.

(this is the same company that had the unrevised predator leak in my computer and do 1.8k in damages and never help me out like they said they would because of insurance issues, their radiator leaked, and still waiting 2 days for them to respond on that now just to correct my address (not to mention it was the reason my loop had to be taken apart in the first place, they do not in fact thoroughly flush their radiators before shipping and the flux built up very badly so don't listen to them and DO flush your radiators or you'll regret it.)

-To sum it up im waiting on 1 RMA to have an address corrected for almost 48 hours, one looking like it will be denied because apparently their products are nigh perfection and made by gods, and 1 product that put me 1.8k in debt, and ive been trying to get all this through so i i can sell them off and finish moving to all aquacomputer products...and they haven't made it easy, which i will say i just finished building it with aquacomputer parts, no issues, no flux (even when flushing), no leaks, no stripped threads on the res, wonderful.
