Nice. A overclocked GTX980 Ti , better driver, non beta and maybe DX12 patch we might get 60fps at 4K

Then engine gets updated like it did for Mantle. Surprised this does not have DX12 since BF4 was first game with Mantle

Strong performance @ 1440 from the 290, what a gem that card is.

Mmmmm, the R9 Fury (non x) did very well. Seems like a pretty good card for the price point.

390x=290x with just some more tweaks and better bin.
But, yea i am also surprised, how this is a DX11 game only, and the 980 Ti is neck to neck with the FuryX and the Fury. And still impressed how the 290x beats the 980.
I wonder what wonders we will see for AMD DX12 for this game.

Indeed. And we see here what we saw in some newer titles, 290 is faster than 780ti... in this case it is also way faster than 970

290x is crushingly ahead of the 780 Ti with 5-10 FPS, and the normal 290 got a lead from 2 to 5 FPS.

DX11 only.
But we gotta check on other CPU's as well, to see how is the CPU overhead. And we didn't got any CPU usage graph. Also, this are probably reference models, as nowhere is specified the opposite.

Good point. I'm waitng to see a dx12 patch, launched game, and non-reference bench. Hope to see those frame numbers go drastically up. On a side note the beta looks pretty fun. Very restrictive in terms of what can be played, but enjoyable. Battlefront looks to be this years Titanfall.

Talked about for months ahead and then forgotten not 2 weeks after it comes out?

It is what it is. I don't expect players to punch in hundreds of hours in the game, but whatever game time played will be enjoyable. Battlefront is the appetizer before the main course anyways.

Also TF2 is actually in the works.

What is the problem with that? Game does not even have drivers out for it. I think AMD has released drivers for it while Nvidia has not.
