Maybe or maybe not.
What is your system?
Generally optimizing case airflow will give better temps than changing or adding fans to cooler. You might find "Ways to Better Cooling" link in my sig helpful.

Hello,
Well I have here is a core i5 3330 + 8 gigs of ram memory and a graphics card amd radeon 6570 hd.Meu system is windows 8 , and my office has two cooler exhaust behind the cabinet and another on the side cover and on the other the front as ventilador.Preciso lower the temperature further because here in the city where the heat hill is very large, almost every day we have to face 39 heat

I'm not sure how much we can help. 39c is quite hot. That is 15-19c warmer than most of use so CPU will be 15-19c warmer What case do you have? A picture of it with cover off so we can see how its is setup would be helpful.

Remembering what I'm doing all possible tests to lower the maximum the CPU temperature , because here in my hometown is very quente.Só for you to have idea now doing 40 degrees and every day we have an average temperature of 38 degrees in minino .eu I have no courage to try to throw anything in the afternoon period here, and still did not yield to install an air condicionado.Por that the tests.
