Well, I went YOLO and just picked the mouse up anyway. And my first impressions are, honestly, not that bad.
Some of the complaints are true. The mouse is a tiny bit heavier (even without the weight) than other mice, like my FK1 and G303. The scroll wheel isn't as tactile as the scroll from something like the G303. But to me, they're not deal breakers at all.
As far as the good things go, the side buttons aren't stiff at all (at least to me). The main right and left buttons feel great, and I personally LOVE the shape. It's the perfect size for me. The firmware update, and the software ran without a hitch on Windows 10.
Time will tell how it goes. My biggest concern was the reports of double-clicking, but only time will tell if I get the same problem. I've only read two people reporting the problem here, and there wasn't anybody who responded when I asked about it in the Amazon reviews, so I figure it was a gamble worth taking. I'll definitely report back if I get any issues, but hopefully not!
