Here's an update on the drilling. I don't know what to say. I think I nailed them all except one and that one I am waaaay off mark tongue.gif

I don't know what happened there smile.gif

So yeah it's pretty embarrassing but it salvageable. I drilled another hole next to it and got it perfect so that will go down to the basement and the hole I screwed up I will just put a passthrough fitting in and block it with a stop fitting and the otherside of the rad will go straight into one of the reservoirs.

I also used my dremel to cut the 5.25 brackets included with the SMA8 to fit better with the aquaero 6 xt

I installed it in the case and was really happy with how it turned out until I tried to test fit the 560 rad. The aquaero is totally in it's way.
There is really no other place to put it so I hoped removing the bracket one side of the aquaero would do the trick and thank god it fits perfectly!

Now I need to figure out where to put the poweradjust (and how to use it and what to do with it)

You are so lucky when you have money to drill just like that CASELABS and laugh if something is not perfect.
I would cry... I mean I would not drill him at all. I save months for one nice peace of hardware.
Good luck, that will be one of best RIGs here on forum.

So confusing

If you get the real time clock you can have two highspeed aquabus. I have a 2 way splitter that goes to the flowmeters and onthe other port I have it set like this..

Had to make my own cables of course.

Wow awesome! I'll order that straight away! You have such a beautiful build! It's out of this world! Do you mind if I ask how you managed to get the tube from the GPU down to the basement? I'm trying to pass three tubes through there. Two for the GPU in parallel and one for the CPU that will go next to the GPU. But the radiator is interfering with the pass through fitting. I can't get a fitting in there and I have a RAD less than 30mm think.

Thanks, I just dropped a pencil into the hole of the bridge and drew a circle, then center punch, drill with a 1/4" bit then step drill bit until it fit. If you notice my sma8 setup is the complete opposite of everyone elses, I only needed to drill 1 passthru compared to 3-4. You might want ask someone with a similar config as yours for advice about that. I have a 420 at the bottom so there was enough room

Right so I am having problems getting the fitting on to the pass through in the basement because of the side rad. Now maybe and just maybe I could make it work if I buy a different kind of fitting. So I am buying 10 more fittings and will have to wait for them to arrive and the other 10ish or so are on their way. To be honest I'm getting tired of getting fittings. I probably have 50 fittings or something right now and I keep finding out I am still missing some!

I also picked up the time clock thingy attachment for the aquero.

Building a computer takes way longer then I thought!

I can never grow tired of getting fittings, I think I bought over 100 and managed to use 95% of them. slowly collecting the new blue ones now.

So I was really happy with the way I made the holes for the basement but now when I'm trying to fit the tubes I can see that I'm off by a millimeter and that's enough to create a side force on the tube I'm not happy with. So i'm ordering a new midplate from Caselabs and hopefully it will not take too long. Will try to go with the fastest shipping but I'm in Europe so I still think I will have to wait a while.
Next build will be a HP from the local computer store :PpPpP
