Advice on selecting an aircondiioning unit for a freezer box.

Hi all as the title suggests I am looking to build a freezer box, I have an elaborate water cooling set up now which copes fairly well considering that the average temps where I live in Queensland Australia remain at above 30 degrees celcius or 86 degrees fahrenheit and after seeing the brilliant works in the 24/7 sub zero club I want to take the next step and put my 4770k under some very cold water instead to take that last step and wring every last bit out of it instead of hitting the heat wall. Are there any particular models of aircon to buy which would have the lines and the condensor in a good position to start with, without having to modify to much?.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and hopefully someone help there can help an apprentice phase changer step off in the right direction.
