10gb that's crazy fast. I actually just switched from Comcast's 150/10 plan to FiOS 150/150 (I wanted the extra upload). For $65/month that's about the best speed/price ratio in my neck of the woods

Man I have always wanted to live in that area.
Too bad I am at a point in my life where I can't just up and go as I like, when I like.
Well, at least that's what I tell myself, lol.

The FIOS 150/150 plan here in RI is at least twice that. I am on their 80/80(which was originally 75/75 but they gave a free speed bump or something).
I am paying about $80.00 or so for my 80/80 FIOS plan.

Man. I am stuck with Comcast here in my part of MD. The only other service I have found was Verizon DSL. At least Comcast gave me two free bumps. Originally paying for 75/10 then I was getting 120/12 now I am getting 180/12. I really wish I could get more upload speed. 12 is kinda pushing it with a lot of people over for a lan party...the download speed is fine. I wish Google would bring Gb.

Also thank god I don't have a cap with Comcast yet...unless they bring that to all their people I will be happy with what I have for now.

You used to be able to see the individual download server conditions, but it was removed for something else: http://store.steampowered.com/stats/content/
This generally seems to be the problem on my end. Disk is always pausing to write and I have an SSD. :\

OT: Mods seem to have a hard one for removing posts. Wouldn't be surprised if this one went too!
