If I where to spend < $200 on a gpu, what could I get?

Thread Starter
I have a micro atx computer, specs:
I7 4790k stock clock
hyper 212 cooler
corsair 430m 430watt psu
16gb ram, 2x8gb
hd 6790, with a rigged fan. 1gb
ssd
2.5hdd xbox 360 slim
wd green 1tb
5 case fans, 80% of time only 2 are running.

I hope I got that sign right. I'm curiously looking at what I could get for less then $200 from newegg.
Newegg watt calculator seems to be different every time I look it up... I'm sure it was telling me it would be ~300 watts when I built.
Now it's saying that it should be ~500 watts.

gtx 960's look nice
example http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127845

But what about my psu?
another thing, that I don't know about nvidia gpu is how 3 monitors will work with it? Right now i'm using 2 but can use up to 3, but desk space is the main reason i'm not using it.
But if I could get this gpu I would go for 3 monitors for arma 3... What will I need the run 3 monitors, cable wise? all my monitors are dvi, for amd eyefinity I had to get a special active adapter for the 3rd monitor.... I think I have one display port to dvi and then my special adapter is DP to dvi, then could I run one off of dvi?

Thanks,

not sure how 960 would do with 3 monitors, but thats a decent video card if you dont mind playing medium settings.

you could go for something like this :

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127879&cm_re=r9_380-_-14-127-879-_-Product

depends on how bad you need a new gpu maybe you could wait and save up some more money for a better gpu.

Yea, you're looking at even a 960, or 380 (if AMD).

I'd go for at least the 4gb version of the 960.

The 960 has 1 div, 1 hdmi, and 3 dp from the looks of it.

R9 380
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121963&cm_re=R9_380-_-14-121-963-_-Product

4gb Vram
2 dvi
1 hdmi
1 dp

I'm not sure how they compare off hand. I'm assuming the R9 380 is the more powerful of the cards. I'd also assume it needed more power then the 960.

You could likely get away with that 430w psu on the 960. Not sure about the 380.
