EVGA Customer Service gived me a wrong BIOS, should I consider it an upgrade?

As title.

Some times ago I wrote to the EVGA customer service to ask them to get the latest BIOS for my two GTX980 Ti ACX2.0+. (ticket id 532373)

EVGA customer service is the best in class and they answered me with the latest bios.
After I flashed it I noticed that they gived me the bios of the superclocked version of my cards.

I have two of this cards:
http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=06G-P4-4991-KR

and they gived me the bios of this card:
http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=06G-P4-4995-KR

I know it since EVGA Precision says that my cards are the SuperClocked version now and GPUz shows increased frequency at stock voltage.

Before the bios flash:

after the bios flash:

As you can see, they clearly gived me the BIOS of the superclocked cards.

I bought two backplate so my cards is really similar to the superclocked version now but should I worry about this "new clocked bios"?

Should I consider it a free upgrade or should I go back to the original bios?
If I should go back to stock bios, EVGA, please give me the right bios.

Stress it. If it's stable, then you should be good. If it crashes, then I'd go back to the stock BIOS. thumb.gif

Quite disappointed, gaming seems stable but the slight overclocked BIOS makes Asus realbench to crash.
Realbench makes the driver crash and stopped responding when the cards are overclokced.

That would be the definition of instability. You can either tinker with this BIOS to try to get it stable, or you can go back to your stock BIOS and proceed with overclocking. There generally isn't much to gain by flashing a different card's BIOS.

I like the BIOS flashing method because I have the overclock in linux and in windows without additional software.
I'm still using the superclocked bios and the system seems rock solid with The Witcher 3 using DSR 4k and Unity with DSR 4k.

The only bench that makes my system crash, reboot or fail is realbench, and the problem happen only when SLI in enabled and when the test is stopping
so I'm start thinking that is a realbench problem.
