So before i start here is a quick run down of what i am working with.

CPU: 5960x (no overclock)
GPU: GTX TITIAN X (MSI) (no overclock)
MOBO: Rampage V EX
SSD: Intel 750 1.2TB PCI-E
HD: 4tb WD
COOLER: H220X - Stock fan
CASE: 900D
PSU: 1500AX
MONITOR: Dual Asus SWIFT
INTERNET: Charter 100MB
Router: Netgear Nighthawk

So my question is. Why cant i run World of Warcraft on the highest setting ? I tried to do so but i was only getting like 15 fps vs at medium setting i can get up to 45 fps. With all the money i spend on this PC i thought i was suppose to run it at the highest setting. Or did i do something wrong ?

I'd try to disable 2 out of your 6 coresand try to attain the highest overclock you can achieve. WOW needs better single threaded performance, so overclocking may provide relief.

because WoW was produced more than 10 years ago and cant use more than a couple cores. its a cpu bound game so its pretty limited and cant use the full potential of any of your equipment.

Well the truth hurts... that explain the low performance of my setup.
