No its just one of the few sensors that have no smoothing.
PMW3320 default implementation which the Xornet 2 has does have smoothing but the amount is really negligible (4 frames ~0.75 ms). It's a good sensor, lacking only in max speed.

And dpi flexibility. Some ppl like myself want a 450 dpi option but we have to settle for interpolated steps.

Changed my mind I'll only buy another CM Storm branded mouse if they release the V1.4 driver for the original Sentinel Advance.

Which they promised they would release......

Back in October 2010.

Supposedly there was a 1.42, but it was 400mb. If that sounds unreasonable, v1.3 is +100mb. a3ca1128_4qM4QHs.gif

It is actually cheaper buying a good western product, because the chinese garbage will break down too soon.

There are some western brands that use cancerous chinese oem designs, and there are some actually decent chinese brands, ducky, hifiman, oppo, one plus come to my mind.

But I dont get why anyone would really consider buying a cheap chinese product, you can see their cringey badly translated marketing, they HaRdCoaR gamerZ design (flames, lightnings, overblown with leds) they must think we are 10 year olds.

Cooler master is a bit better than some of the others, but their products are still far away from western products

If you hadn't called those products cheap I would have thought you were talking about superior aryan products like razer, steelseries, roccat.
Low quality components, cringey marketing, hardcore gamer design, it all checks out.
But those cost 60+ bucks so I guess you can't consider them cheap.
