it's the best mouse there is for people with small hands who use a claw grip. even with the mediocre sensor and faulty firmware.

the shape is just perfect for some people.

Not disputing that BUT CM is well known in forgetting to update the firmware adequately and in fact making the mouse unusable. No one to blame here except CoolerMaster.

Exactly. I have very small hands and almost all mice are too big for me. The ONLY (yes, only) comfortable mouse is the Xornet but it broke within a month. I really want to like Xornet II but the only good thing is the shape so I can't..DAMN! I can't find any other good mice!!!!mad.gifmad.gifmad.gif
You can't imagine how frustrating this is.
I really hope other companies would copy this shape...

So true, if you decide to go down G100S route be aware that some are really like rubbish with their switches, so open them up and remove what's there.

I have put Zippy switches that have changed the G100S into a surprisingly decent Gaming Mouse with good clicks.

And it changes...

*drum roll*

nothing... probably

Update: Yep, I guessed right. It changes pretty much nothing. It might have fixed the boot up issue while having a non-default LOD setting but nothing else has changed from my knowledge. The LOD options do nothing.

Update 2: Thanks for sharing this, though. Reminds me how much I love this shape heart.gif

Also, for anyone interested, the original Xornet's scroll wheel is a drop in replacement for the Xornet II thumb.gif You have to remove the LED for it to fit, though.

It's officially the most modded mouse that I own.

The LOD bug was the biggest issue for me, and it seems fixed now. Reliable low LOD without tapefix for me is a must.

For me...
I can't change the LOD by two ways (SW or FW).
The LOD for me is always middle (may be low-middle)...
Sometimes after power off the LOD changes to low... If I try to change it... It takes the middle level... And I can't change it by two ways again...
But, anyway after power off the LOD become middle...

Can anybody confirm?
