And I recommend QcK+ over QcK Heavy unless the surface that the pad will be sitting on is uneven or has imperfections. The QcK Heavy's thickness makes the glide speed much more variable, depending on how much weight you are pressing down on the mouse with. But for people who put very little weight/force downward on the mouse, QcK+ and QcK Heavy would perform comparably.

I hope you like the Naos. Report back after you've had it for a few days/weeks and let us know how you're getting along with it.
I've read so many review about difference of theese two pads but i still didn't know this difference. I will take the Qck+. I will get back with impressions when i've used it.
The only difference is QcK+ is 2mm thick, while QcK Heavy is 4mm thick. So the QcK Heavy stays in place a little better and provides a more uniform mousing surface if the desk it's on has imperfections like warps, cracks, bumps, deep scratches, holes, etc. But the downside is that it is a lot "squishier", meaning that the force/weight you are applying downwards onto the mouse significantly affects how much static friction you feel and how fast the glide is. So basically, this makes the QcK Heavy slower with a less consistent glide, and therefore inferior to the QcK+, unless you don't put any weight on the mouse or ever press into it.

Which skatez you using from Hotline with Naos ? Performance or Competition ? 0.28mm or 0.6mm ? And How much time did you spend to get used for Naos ?
expect $50-60

naos fits right out of the box, right side is little funny but easy to get used to

Competition 0.6mm, so you would completely remove the original mouse feet.

A couple of days to get used to it, but quick adjustment than any other time I've tried to get used to a new mouse.

I took Naos 7000 and Qck+ today and tried in games. And seems the problem isn't about the mouse. Still there are malfunctions during fast swipes in games. Also I tried Gladius with Qck+ and still same. What can I do now ? How can fix this ?

By the way I liked very much the Naos' shape.

Try the tape trick, I realize the sensor/lens is already covered up a fair amount but you might need to make it even more extreme. Thats how I've fixed nearly all malfunctions, although I never even had the issue with the Naos 7000 + QcK. Other than that you'd have to go out and try mousepads, in my experience the rougher wider stitch mousepads don't seem to have the issue.

QcK+ is only 2mm thick, so it is possible but somewhat unlikely that whatever surface is underneath is causing some intermittent tracking issues. If it's a typical desk material like wood, plastic, or metal, and is even enough and consistent enough on the surface that you can't feel inconsistencies physically through the 2mm thin QcK+ while moving your mouse around, then it's probably fine and the cause here.

I would strongly recommend against the tape trick. It should be completely unneeded with a mouse like the Naos 7000 that not only has a self-calibrating LoD, but it is adjustable within the Mionix software.

I tend to think like the last poster said that it's probably you having the LoD (or "Lift Distance" as it's called in the software) too low, which can definitely cause intermittent tracking issues. Because I didn't know any better and had been incorrectly led by the masses, I had the LoD turned all the way down (to the left in software). And occasionally when spraying or moving the mouse diagonally, the tracking would start skipping and stuttering. For months after I got my Naos 7000, I thought it was something I had unknowingly spilled on my mousepad or something about my desk surface that was causing it. But it turns out it was just the LoD being set inappropriately low, as adjusting it to a more sensible setting instantly resolved those issues and I've haven't had any tracking issues whatsoever with my Naos 7000 in the past year since I've figured that out.

For your reference, I will post screenshots of my Mionix software showing the LoD I find to be low enough that it doesn't track when I don't want it to while I'm lifting and repositioning the mouse, but high enough that I never have any tracking issues.

I have a wood desk under the mousepad and it doesn't any roughness for mouse movement. I will try another desk just in case. Actually I didn't use any mouse pad for 5 years of computer gaming, I was using the mouse on the same wood desk until this summer. The desk has been some sticky and I went for a mousepad and a Rog Gladius mouse instead of Bloody V7 mouse. Actually Bloody V7 was good, there wasn't any problem with tracking but it has begun to old. I tried with Bloody V7 with same mousepads on the same desk and it has same issue. So, probably the problem has been because of low LoD or Desk. I will try your Lift Distance option and try another desk. I hope it will fix this problem. Thanks very much
