Its okay though let them 980TI users try to find something to bash on.

Yes, tho CPU is not a problem if highly OC'ed in GTA 5. I don't get less frames b/c of it. GPU is bottlenecking most of the time. And GPU is @1125/1400, so should be about equal (or even a bit faster) to 290X @1000

Stop your personal assault, mister! Don't change the subject and answer first and foremost to your accusers!

sigh, you are the 0.01% or you're just trying to justify your $700 graphic card purchase.

The whole gameplay was smooth, the phone camera just make's it look choppy, idk why I have to keep repeating myself.

You drop in low 50's while driving in the city. Which only means you drop below that when you're out in the Sandy Shores area. Driving at sub 50FPS compared to 90+ feels vastly different. Although not "unplayable", it sure isn't enjoyable.

i5 750 compared to 4770K is a pretty big difference and would definitely affect your FPS in GTA V.

Probably.
my CPU at stock speeds has trouble getting constant +60fps.
4.5Ghz = butter

Even when my CPU wasn't pegged at the time, the raw clock speed seemed to help alot.

Vram people, the topic is Vram. wink.gif

As for 58fps being unplayable, good luck finding a card that never dips that low.

Some of you take "Master Race" to a whole new level.. rolleyes.gif

4GB should be good for 1080p, i wouldn't be comfortable with it if i planed on keeping a single card for a couple years though.

how about literally 2x more fps with 980ti out of the box vs 290 running 1100/1600, good enough ?

FPS actually improves at Sandy shores, the biggest FPS hits are in the CITY where all the buildings are showing, which is exactly where I showed the gameplay at.

And when did smooth gameplay @ 55FPS with ULTRA settings on 1440P become "UN-ENJOYABLE".

Subjective at best

So you're claiming 110+ FPS average out of the box huh?

I proved everything I have said with my own video and facts, now prove yourself by making a video showing 110+ FPS average on your 980TI with same settings as mine @ 1440P with no overclock.

Back up your claims.

Man, all of this arguing. Just to thing 25fps with 130 ping is cs 1.6 was playable for me back in the days lol. Anything over 30 would be nice, 60+ would be awesome of course.
