So... how should I do this?

I don't know where to post this but here we go.

I ordered a white Case Labs SM8 case a week ago (still 6-7 weeks away I guess?) and I have no clue what I should do color wise.

Originally I wanted to do a complete white build but now leaning towards White+whatever.

I will bring over my X99 components from my current computer to the new case and that includes a Asus X99 Deluxe and an 980ti HoF (white graphics card).¨

I am considering grabbing an Seasonic Snow White PSU because other than the case, I really have to dig to get the right white components so I take any that I can, rest has to be something else.

At this point I'm considering going white and red, perhaps getting white/red sleeved cables but I have a feeling that there is too much black on the X99 Deluxe. I'm not sure I wanna grab the Sabertooth and paint it cause that is priced at about half of a 980ti so I might as well grab another one of those and cover more of the motherboard.

I don't know what to do with CPU cooling either. Air cooling satisfies me the most but most bulky and ugly. I don't really wanna do custom water cooling... I rather stay air but maybe I could convince myself grabbing one of those AIO from EKWB if they are any good (which I assume they are?).

Will the black from the mobo and the closed loop stick out too much and out of place, even if it's black? Should I perhaps add a string of black to the PSU cables to make it looked "intended" ?

I really like red but how can I get red outside of the PSU cables without making it look stupid? Fans? Front fan leds? Red RAM sticks?

If I were to get custom sleeved cables, where do I turn? I don't wanna do the sleeving myself - I don't have the nerves or patience for that.

Sorry for a messy post but hopefully you can make something out of it.

I'm open to ANY ideas and brainstorming!

Think black and white Phanteks PH-TC14PE (black HSF white framed fans) with that black motherboard then do an all white cable set to blend it with the case.

If everything is mostly black and some white... How about all white cables with just one or two cables being of another color? Very subtle, but it's a nice touch.

Red is nice, but I also really like violet. You could also add some grey in there.

As for sleeving, it's not that hard to do it at home. But yes, it takes, patience and some time - specially if it's your first time doing it. Having someone to sleeve it for you can get expensive since it's a lot of work, and if you can't find anyone locally you'll also need to have it shipped to and from him at your expenses.

I sleeve on commission but shipping the cables to and from Italy will most definitely kill the deal, look on swedish forums or Facebook groups if there's anyone skilled doing it.

It'll actually be mostly white and some black from the X99 deluxe mobo.

The Phanteks TC14PE does look alright, from a color theme perspective - either go with the red and white one and get red psu cables? But the red fans doesn't really look plainly red so they might not match with the psu cables? Or the option of scratching red and grabbing the white and black version that was mentioned earlier in this thead? The colors have to be spot on to be honest or they bulkiness of an air cooler will come out. Color matching wise you can't really go wrong with the black and one white but then red is completely out of the picture.
