can't stop fiddling, does replugging motherboard wires and power lines wear it out?

Thread Starter
like re-plugging the 20/24 pin connectors and the 8 pin connectors etc. power and sata connectors on ssd. do they wear it out? i recently had to do two returns on PSU for minor reasons and its a lot of re-plugging and plugging. will it ruin connectors on motherboards and drives like ssds?

Your fine for awhile. Connectors can break, probably more likely by accident.
