I'm unable to keep the refresh rate of my two monitors that are hooked up to my integrated GPU to 60Hz and YouTube videos are tearing just about constantly. This is what I'm doing:

Step 1: Set each monitor hooked up to Intel GPU to 60Hz.
Step 2: Set monitor hooked up to Nvidia gpu to 144Hz
Step 3: Re-align screens in Windows
Step 4: Set Nvidia monitor as the 'primary display'

All is well until step 4. Setting the monitor on the Nvidia display as the primary display resets the monitors on the Intel GPU to 59Hz. Is there a way to force these to stay at 60Hz? It's driving me nuts!
