Have owned both and if you play mainly FPS games and had to choose only between these mice , my choice would be Deathadder . G502 is too heavy, narrow and has lousy scroll wheel for FPS games. My hand also hurt after extended play with G502.

Sensor-G502 just a bit better, but you won't feel the difference
Scroll- Deathadder
Cord -Deathadder.It has the best braided cable, in my opinion, when g502 has the worst
Materials - deathadder(2013/chroma) has no glossy plastic compared to the logitech, whis is better, in my opinion
Weight - g502 is really heavy
I would say go with deathadder

G502 is light as a feather if you adjust the weight.

Tell us your secrets for how to make the G502 go on a diet?

Cause G502 is tottally lighter than the deathadder's 105g compared to 112-114 grams with the g502 with no weights
Logic
