Freezing + Extra Issues

Hello everyone.

The issue I was having was my computer was freezing. Now before you jump me about similar postings, let me explain. When I used to stream, loaded up a game or usually when I left it running for a while, it would freeze. My monitor would be stuck in whatever I was doing last. Mouse wouldn't move and inputting commands on the keyboard such as [Ctrl - Alt - Delete] was completely ineffective. This was happening on Windows 7.

I though it could be a driver issue since it started happening after I updated my NVIDIA driver so I uninstalled the upgrade but to no avail. I though that if I upgraded to Windows 10, it would fix the problem, since it comes with its own set of drivers but it was still freezing in Windows 10, albeit more infrequently. So, I was suggested to reset the PC and keep all my files and remove all the apps. So, I did. I suspected it might freeze during the reset and to no surprise, it did. It literally reached 15%, went black and stayed that way for 10 - 15 minutes. So I hard reset it.

Now whenever I turn it on the computer, it shows the start up DELL screen and then, black. No response at all. It won't even load Windows anymore. I was surprised at this point because usually it goes back to the previous setting if there is an error but it fails to start at all now. I've tried to press F12 during the start up DELL screen to boot it up a different way or try to diagnose the issue that way but it won't even let me do that. I believe its because it doesn't process commands from the keyboard until after the DELL screen which doesn't make any sense at all since it should be able to do at least that. Now, I'm left with a PC that went from freezing to not even loading the operating system.

Can someone please recommend something to better the situation?

Thank you.

P.S. I'm not much of a computer buff so please be patient with me and I'll try to explain.
