Mine boots just as fast as my previous Intel 520 series on a Asus Impact Viii using Win 10, I am pretty sure they fixed the booting problem.

I solved my boot speed problems, it was CSM enabled.
I disabled CSM and the boot boost up from 60 seconds to 20, loading windows is yes, 4 seconds more or less.
The problem is that to boot with CSM disabled I need to detach my USB monitor otherwise the system hangs on boot.

In any case, wow, now the speed is awesome.

My intel 750 now starts windows 10 in 23 seconds, a clone of that drive on Samsung 850 pro starts in 22 seconds. That is time from hitting power button until OS is loaded/hourglass still, not the few seconds you get if using software to measure just OS load time.

However prior to properly uninstalling some of the windows 10 apps, both drives had a 10-12 second longer boot time. In windows 10 if you uninstall an app the normal way (right click an hit uninstall) or turn it off, it can cause hanging at the login for 10-12 seconds. Jmpboy post 13880 in link below on powershell commands to remove all apps that you could not uninstall the normal way. Once I fully uninstalled those apps it fixed that hanging issue, but that slowdown occurred on both samsung 850 and intel 750 drives.
