Laptop wont shutdown sometimes

Hello
Sometimes my laptop doesn't shut down 100%.
My screen turns off but Blue LED still on, I need to force shutdown, holding power button for 5 seconds
Why?
I've already reinstalled windows

What Windows do you have on it? Does the screen turn back on when you press a button/touch the touchpad? Does the restart option work?

I'm not sure if it'll get fixed when you re-install, but I've had issues before with Win8 doing that when my boot partition didn't have a Primary (if I remember right) flag.

I don't use Win10 (I only used the previews a bit), so I'm not entirely sure how it differs from 8.1, but try disabling hybrid shutdown/fast startup in the power options. I suspect that might be your culprit. If it works then, we can look at finding the reason for it causing trouble.

I'll think about it a bit, but in that case I'm not sure if I can give more ideas.

Is this laptop certified to work with Windows 10?

Is there a BIOS update for the machine?

Have you checked your Power settings within windows?

What kind of behavior do you get with the battery unplugged?

I can download windows 10 drives from ACER Support, so I guess yes it's certified to work with windows 10.

Lastest bios update have this change: Update ME code

Without the battery I have the same behavior
