Looks like it's going to be a Heavy Rain type game.

How exactly is it "garbage" hardware wise?

Also, maybe I'm lucky but the fan in my PS4 makes almost no noise. The disc drive is loud, though.

Were you considering a X1 and if so, why? I ask not to flame, I have a PS4 and want to play Halo 5. Other than that, X1 has nothing for me that I know of.

It's basically jumped up tablet hardware. They (both Sony and MS, especially MS considering how big the Xbone is) could have at least used mid-range desktop PC hardware, sold the consoles at cost (or even at a loss like they did with last gen) and get most of their money from licensing instead of making a profit with the hardware as well as licensing.

You're making yourself look stupid. Of course the APU's are cheap, these things are always built to a cost.
