Bought the game. 4 hours in it... I can see the game is great and will serve me for many hourse.

But for the love of God I couldn't solve Jake's murder in these 2 hours and only had 2 fight encounters... Kinda slow start.

I agree, the start is fairly slow and that is the tough part when getting some of my friends to do a new campaign with me. There are a lot of quests initially in the town but then you have a lot of fights and they get tough pretty quick. There is also a way to mod the game to do 4 player co-op if you know enough people with the game, it's great fun!

Jake's Murder is a very LONG quest. It should take you a while - don't be hasty with it. There are plenty of side-quests with more battles - no worries there.

What I hate so far is that even after the 2nd patch, Backspace key in Chat does not work!!!

Don't understand one thing.

Me and my companion are Level 3... One other guy is Level 4 and the other is Level 3 as well... I pretty much did everything to be done in the first town, and on my way to go to Evelyn's house outside the village to proceed on Jack's mission. However while I go out the door, guards tell me I am not powerful enough. Which is true because I get my ass handed to me outside repeatedly. How in the world will I level up in the village? Did many quests.

iARDAS, hope this helps with your problem.

There are multiple gates out of town. At level three you should be going out the northwest gate and investigate the lighthouse first. There are a few battles with skeletons that you should be able to survive. I found that I am usually equal or one level under the enemies I encounter. If they are higher than that, I know I'm exploring the wrong area.

So far the game seems a bit easier than the vanilla version. I do NOT like that. I think they had to optimize the game for dumbed down consoles...

Stupid me really.

I remember the in game characters also said that western enemies are easier to handle.. But for the last 2 hours I confused west and east redface.gif

Few questions

1-) What happens if my character dies?
2-) What happens if my ally characters die?
3-) Is there a place where I can store my equipment or etc???
4-) I see that equipping stuff takes away my AP point. Is this true or am I mistaken?
5-) Any tutorials on crafting, blacksmithing etc???
