Shim that front glass bud, it'll help enormously with temperatures.

Yeah will do, I'm actually thinking of spraypainting it white as well, but we will see about that

That very quickly descends into "well I could modify the front slightly and fit a 420, how about remove the side logo, and tint the glass darker, oh and I could add a drive rack to the back, and well now I could build a PSU shroud, ah hell why not build motherboard armor too..."

I think I'm in over my head at this point. biggrin.gif

A PSU shroud actully sounds really nice.. and can you actully fit a 420 rad in the front with some modding? If so what has to be done? Glass tint is fine as it is right now.. But colors! Oh so many colors. I need help choosing among them!

There is something like 5mm of the radiator that pokes out of the bottom of the case. It slots right in between the sides of the front case foot.

Imgur did something really odd to this image, so I'm not sure if you will be able to see it:

That's a a BIX SR-1, which protrudes quite a bit more than the EKWB 420 I have in there now. I have it setup in push, with additional ventilation cuts to the bottom of the case. I have not yet gotten the system fully assembled, so I cannot comment on temperatures.

Interesting, I might just actually do that. But for now it feels like I'm gonna settle on a 360 in the front. I'm not sure if I need to fit in a 120/140 as well for good heat dissipation. If I do I might just mod in a 420 myself

Thanks mate. Just did a bit of stress testing and benching last night.

I managed to get it stable at 4.8@1.38v which was 70 degrees celsius max when stressing. I haven't spaced the front glass panel either. It usually sits around the 18-25 degree mark

The GPU I was hitting about mid 70's when stressing with a 100mhz overclock on it also. It usually hovers around the 45 degree mark in normal tasks though.

Excellent thank you, I'm thinking about buying this case and I've been worried about temperatures
