WB Games needs to be sued into oblivion. They have done nothing be release trash games, and dump them as soon as they have your money.

Why didn't they just wait another week or so to release it once all issues have been resolved? It's been delayed for months now so what's another few weeks? Really poor thinking going on at WB.

I'm just gonna leave this quote here, from back in july.

Looks like i wasn't anywhere near cynical enough. I expected them to release it half fixed just for xmas. i didn't expect them to release it without fixing anything.

I dont understand how they could do this... I personally dont know how buggy the game really is, all of the PC streams I have seen with it ran great, even 4 months back, but they all had $2K comps. So Warner released a buggy game and had to retract it... k, stuff happens. BUT when you re-release that game, it better work. They cant retract it now... their is no hope for it being successful now. Might as well just say sorry and this will never happen again.

Just ask for refund or better yet just don't buy the game ? Not sure why you think that would be justified. WB can release all the crap they want then dump them. If people keep buying them ...

I got the game for free after purchasing a 980Ti, was happy as a little kid, I own every other Batman game before this one and they screw it up like this? And I cant get a refund because I didn't pay for it, so it just sits at my steam library collecting dust...

Well you did get it free , maybe you should have asked Nvidia to give you a different game

It's actually not that bad either , I was playing it the other night at 1440p , lowest frame I noticed was in the 40s. It most run 50-60 fps at high with all the nvida nonsense off

Some main missions I had to do up to 3times to get through game breaking bugs, there where graphical glitches everywhere, items not spawning or lacking textures, game crashed to desktop several times, performance was bad even with my 4930K @ 4.5ghz, 16gb ram and 2x 980ti even with those specs I didn't manage to get 60fps+ at all times at 1440p, and this was not with anything more than 2xAA mind you. Not to mention story was quite lackluster and side quests felt like doing the same thing over and over again. Really wish they would go back to the style of the original game instead with a bit darker and deeper story. It's a shame because Unity was supposed to be THE AC game and ended up just the opposite.

As for Batman, it is very sad to hear it's still not fixed. I don't get what is up with so many developers today. It's like they don't even care at all! This not only goes for the PC community, but also for consoles. It's like they just say "OK, game is maybe 50-80% done, let's ship it out the door and rake in the profit from loyal fans and hope they don't notice, then say a half ass sorry when they do and fix it half way with patches later".
This is really a shame for Batman, as the game itself is actually quite good and if the coding and optimization was up to par I am sure it would have been ranked amongst the highest rated games for PC in 2015.. Shame on you WB, shame on you!

EDIT: Nicer language, sorry been a long night.

Unity, even down to 3MGPU scaling and performance performed great for me too post 1.03, so that's 2 to 1. This was also on a single 980GTX at 1440p with everything cranked besides MSAA to begin with.

FWIW I bought my 980Ti through Amazon, waited about 4 months for the game to be fixed, it never was, after some fighting with Amazon they refunded me the price of the game... then two days later a different person offered to exchange it for another copy...

I'll stick to Mad Max.

I know it's off-topic but, how is Mad Max? Is it a good game?
