looking for ATX case that fits within 13" cube

Thread Starter
I have a cube shelf setup and wanting to get my computer into a case that has maximum dimensions of 13x13x13 inches

I have not found any that fit online so far.

Any suggestions outside of building one?

4 harddrives and at least 2 120mm fan spots (for mounting radiators) is what Im trying to track down

This is going into a large cube style book shelf, so dimensions Im looking for are maximums. I can easily make 2 or 3 fan holes and have it in an outer cube partition. Also would like water cooling support

Future fx9590 will be breathing quite hot!!

Thanks guys

-Matt

I am not sure that is gonna happen with full atx.
You might be able to do it with micro, but I am thinking you a gonna have to do mini itx.

A full atx board is 12 inches tall and 9.6 inches wide, so that doesn't leave much room for a case or anything else.

You mean an ikea expedit shelf? biggrin.gif

Btw, a full atx mb wont fit. The maximum you will be able to use is mATX. With a case like the Air 240 from Corsair, wich fits perfectly in there.

I was hoping to find a case that is putting hardware beyond the motherboard or above it. an ATX motherboard is still barely small enough to allow standard case "size" for paneling and such directly above and below the edges.

I may take a swing at creating a case over this winter, I hear its supposed to be terribly cold and possibly hitting record low temps in January or February (Wisconsin)
