I ordered the lighting for the build, 3mm led's for both the cpu/gpu block and a set of 5mm led's for the res in white. They will be powered buy a modmytoys distribution block which i have used in the past. The only thing left at this point if i choose to do is custom cables but i am still up in the air about it.

Hey there! Just read through your whole journey about this build lol, it turned out fantastic!

I was looking to build a new pc myself with the same case, however I'm worried about the GPU clearance. I currently have an MSI GTX 980, which is 11.5 inches long. Do you think that would fit in the case if I removed the 3.5" drive cage?

I appreciate the kind words.

Yes it will fit if you remove the hdd cage but things will still be tight in that area. What else do you have planned ?

No problem of course smile.gif Thanks for the swift response! That's good to know. I'm actually about to head to microcenter to pick up the rest of the parts. I'll be using an i7 6700k, ASrock z170 itx mobo, 2x8gb balistix ddr4 ram, and i've yet to pick out a cpu cooler and PSU as i'm not sure if this case supports sfx-l psu's. Any suggestions?

I looked up the figures for you and it will fit a sfx-l NP.

I ran a Corsair GTX in this case and it was a decent fit but sleeved tubing was on the stiffer side so they did push up against the glass a little.

If your interested in a sfx-l psu here is a god option as you dont really need more power then this efficient package.
