It could have, I agree. But he jumped the gun on that one big time. The ban was removed, thankfully. Got a global mod to take a look at it, and he's like "It could have been taken either way but in context, it's clear what you actually meant". To me, since I'm not a pirate, it didn't occur to me that not buying something automatically meant pirating for some people, lol. I call it voting with my wallet, haha

I currently have a hard time differentiating what people actually have problems with the game and who is just joining the "complain-train" to have something to troll about.

I am 3 hours in.

290X(1100/1350)
i5 2500K 4,4Ghz
8GB DDR 1333mhz RAM
7200rpm HDD where the game is installed.
Win 8.1
AMD 15.8 driver

All settings max except for all Nvidia features completely turned off.

Game runs at 60fps pretty much rock solid.
55 fps when driving in the car
45 fps when driving in the car with camera completely pushed out.

It is definitely playable (so far) and I have no fps drops, crashes, error, bugs etc.

It might get worse later on when I get to different areas of the game, but so far I plan on not returning it.

i am literally waiting when game devs will do a class action suit against steam, for forcing them to do refunds, and call it abuse of their monopoly in game distribution tongue.gif
post #15 of 127
The refunds are in fact conditional, everyone that got it through the Nvidia promotion, can't receive any reimbursement.

Also, this seems to only apply to steam purchases atm, not 3rd party retailers.

To be fair I played the initial release just fine. It's amazing what you can achieve with a decent rig smile.gif

Ubisoft games but that was a game problem while this is strictly PC port problem. Xbox and PS run this games fine.

I like the people here and on Steam who are like, "The game is running 100% fine, with 0 problems."

Cause, you know, WB issued refunds and pulled a game from the shelf that was 100% working.

If you are a real man, your PC doesn't freeze up and the game runs fine. boxing3.gif

Which in particular? Unity didn't need to get pulled from sale IIRC.
