Here is factory specs:

They are accurate, but many are not. Honestly these specs mean very little because they only show airflow & noise level in open space / free airflow and pressure rating at full speed. Most of us do not run our fans at full speed 99% of the time. Some of us never run them at full speed. wink.gif

The data / graphs from Thermalbench and CoolingTechnique give show us in more detail how the fans will perform when we use them.

Here is TY-147A and PH-F140MP CoolingTechnique data. You can see they are very similar

thank you doyll for the data, as you said both are similar. guess now is to see which is cheaper and go for it.

after searching, TY is cheaper but I couldn't find the TY-147A SQ and am kind not ok with the circle version (I found 147A for 10$ only this is so cheap, http://www.ebay.com/itm/Thermalright-140-mm-PC-Computer-Fan-CPU-cooler-Intel-AMD-360-Watts-tr-ty147a/)

leaving me with no choice other than PH-F140MP
