Thread Starter
I'm torn between upgrading my loop ( adding a 120mm and a 240 mm rad and swiftech pump) or to upgrade my monitor/ssd? my current loop is a expanded h220x a 360mm rad my cpu socket and 2 r9 290 komodo gpu water blocks. would i see a big differences in temps adding the more rads/additional pump? i currently have 1 ssd a 256 samsung 850 and a hdd 500gb. and my monitor is a lg 25" ultrawide. thanks for any advice!

With 600mm of rad space, I think you're doing fine, and don't stand to improve much by adding another couple rads and a pump.

That said, the Samsung 850 EVO/Pro pretty well saturates a SATA6Gbit connection, so "upgrading" that won't do much for you either, unless you're just looking for more storage capacity. I imagine your LG monitor is also pretty decent.

So my recommendation is... maybe just save your money?

So you have just one 360mm rad cooling the CPU and 2x graphic cards?
If so, definitely go with the rads.
