To be clear, do you have the radiator for the GPU exhausting from the case? The 88C is definitely hotter than that GPU should see. Have you considered adding a G-10/CLC setup to the second GPU or even another one of the Inno3d hybrids? With the airflow or lack of it in your case, I would definitely consider it. Even if you had to lose the side fan and mount the radiator there for the second GPU. My case is quite congested as well and ive managed to get good temps all around doing this. My temps after a few hours of witcher 3 are 50C or less with a pair of 980s running core clocks of ~1450. Both of these radiators exhaust from the case side. I have 2 140mms on the front intaking fresh air, an H110 on the top of the case with fans pushing intake and a 140mm fan on the rear top exhausting air from the vrm sinks and cpus residual heat.

im not really sure dude..im a bit clueles with it all despite having to install and set it up with no help maybe i did something wrong lol but to try and paint a picture of it in words. the inno 3ds radiator is just above it and screwd to the back of my case and the fan is over the top of it. same with the h100.. radiator is screwd first followd by the fans mounted on the top of case. . and 85-88c is what i was originally getting when i had the side panel of. i was kind of unable to put the side panel on at first because the big fan on the side would not fit so i had to unscrew the duct thing of it so it woudl fit..allso i was a bit iffy about the inno fan cable as it looked like it could possible get caught in the side panel fan..so i posiond it inbetween the to cards rapt the sli bridge around it to keep it locked in place..since i put the side panel back on the temps are alot better though..but no were near your range.. evga is 75ish and the inno is 73ish after a few hours of witcher 3 though i think alt tabing in and out may of incressed the temp more then it should but im not sure. they idel at around 30-31c with google open.and les when nothing is on my desktop though so i dunno if that is good or not.

Make sure the fans on the radiator for the gpu are blowing the air out of the case. If it is pulling air into the case, that is part of your problem as the GPU puts off a tremendous amount of heat. As for making the stuff all fit in the case for both of the H-90s and the H-110 on the cpu. I got a little creative and actually mounted the fans on the outside of the case with the radiators on the inside of the case. That gave me the extra room i needed to get it all in and functional. It doesnt have to look ghetto rigged, I bought nice grills and did a nice job running the wires etc. But it works fine and looks fine in my opinion. Just throwing some thoughts out for you to consider.

i think the problem was my oc. i tryd resorting settings in my bios to opitmal defaults witch unfortunatly is only 3.6 ghz and the game hasent crashed or black screend on me and the witcher 3 has been on for like 12 hours solid.. fps is not as much though:( if this is the case then i guess 1.25 v offset is not enough for 4.5ghz on my chip. i never did go beyond that voltage.
