I think majority of people who are not addicted to gaming would agree with me that $20 extra for one map is not a big deal.

The people that care about not having nuke town are grenade and tube spammers.

And it doesn't take 14 hours to download a game these days. Anyone that owns slow as molasses Internet because $10 a month extra is over budget might like a $20 saving. People who buy 100-500 Mbps Internet shouldn't care about the 12 minute download either. All in my opinion. So I think to each his own, and nice to jump on that guy with your "aweful""quotation"""""

You're leaving out the people who have crappy internet connections because their ISP offers no other choice or they don't live where there are large ISP's. I pay $90 a month for a 10 down connection. You're going to tell me I'm being too cheap?

In your case I would say the pre load is worth it, I pay 50 a month for 200 down with local fiber optics company. biggrin.gif

This is all I'm saying. It's helpful information for people to take into account. To dismiss it just because you personally don't care is silly.

I think I will wait until steam winter sale....

wow mod support. This sounds like I should get it for the PC. I rarely get a COD game but I prefer to get it on console since it feels like a casual shooter to me. But this may win me over on the PC side.

CoD up until Ghosts and Adv. Warfare, Call of Duty generally didn't go on sale, and even if they did, usually wasn't 33% off, so this is a pretty good deal if you were planning on getting CoD at some point anyways. On the other hand, I'm not so inclined to support doing pre-orders, regardless of Treyarch's excellent port for Blops 2, (I mean just look at IW with MW3 and Ghosts)...

Ah who I am kidding, I actually just took advantage of this deal. Adv. Warfare is practically dead. I'm hopeful that Treyarch does indeed release Nuketown 3 within a reasonable amount of time, because while it is cool, 1 map isn't worth giving up a $20 discount.

GMG sent me my key about 27 minutes ago and I'm preloading as we speak. So individuals who have ~1 MB/s dl speeds should have enough time to preload the 47 or so GB by the time the game becomes playable in about 10 and a half or so hours.
