Hi there tongue.gif

Well If you dont want any problem at all with the stutter, or tearing, or ghosting, then you should go with the G-Sync and call it a day tongue.gif

AOC g2460pq (G sync)

but if you want to save some money, then the BenQ doesnt see bad at all, after reading all the features, it's a matter of how you set up your display drivers with the monitor and how your GPU perform with the games you want to play rolleyes.gif

benq xl2430T

Those are TN panels. Please for the love of god get a 1440p IPS/PLS panel.
1080p TN panels look like damnit.

IPS panel are the best, but sadly he only said those options frown.gif, if he hasn't paid yet, then maybe he could say a few more options rolleyes.gif since that was the limiting factor

I bought xl2430T yesterday.

I understand what different between IPS and TN, for gaming I think TN is the best for price.

and for 1440p with my game library I think I can't play smooth.

actually I want G-sync monitor but I can't find any seller in my country. only asus rog swift and it over price (double from xl2430T)

You bought the correct monitor.
And you have motion blur reduction to improve clarity in games (if you can keep matching FPS=matching refresh rate (FPS=refresh rate), you can enable blur reduction. There's also some tweaks to improve strobe performance and lower crosstalk with this Benq, also.

Yeah I watched a bunch of review videos on the XL2430T. I think it looks awesome for colors being a TN panel. Like in this video at 4 minutes and 50 seconds LINK If this is the color it can produce I'll be more than happy. It's probably much different to other people since I've never used an IPS monitor. I just recently got a 55" Sony 4K tv and I think it looks awesome.

My last two monitors the past 10 years, I used a Dell SE198WFP and upgraded to a ASUS VW246H way back in summer of 2011. So honestly pretty much anything is going to look awesome to me. I've never used anything above 60Hz or have witnessed Gsync, only what I can witness at my local stores of what they have on display. Although I did check out the 34UC97C recently and the store I went to didn't really have any cool wallpaper to show off the colors and none of the monitors are connected to the internet so you cant test out games on them or anything.

I don't want to be blinded by the massive upgrade on my next monitor I buy, where it overshadows the defects / flaws of it. Also still trying to debate if I want to go ultrawide or 27" 1440P. There seems to be soooooo many more freesync options than Gsync and it makes me wonder If I should of bought the Fury X's instead of my 980 Ti's. I've been schooling up on monitor tech these past few months and man it's so overwhelming on which route to take. Anyways ya BenQ looks to be a safe choice, I wish they had a g-sync version of the XL2730Z.

My 2 cents.

G-sync is all you need. High hz is great but Gsync smoothed out the FPS for me. I have done a lot of testing this week with my new Acer monitor and trying Gsync with 60hz works very well. I prefer it over no g-sync and high hz.

Due to a few issues I am having with my monitor I might return and look for a 60hz 4k G-sync monitor.

I read and watch a lot of review but no more option in my country.

I want smooth in first priority and xl2430 can made it in some game.

CS:GO work perfectly and GTAV look better than old monitor (rl2455hm)

but some game, pes 2016 if I change game setting to 144 Hz it stutter, lagging and when I turn game setting to 60Fps it work fine

I think G-Sync is all I need but I can't find on my country only asus that overprice form benq and I use 980 that I think It perfect for 1080p not 1440P

Thank you all for your replies, I appreciate, and sorry for my English biggrin.gif
