Green stuff growing in my loop

I have what I think is algae growing in my loop. My cpu loop is not near as bad but my gpu loop is really bad . I don't understand why. I used distilled water with mayhems xt1. Also have monsoon silver plugs in loop too. I preflushed everything. I added 2 drops of dawn dish soap in the loop water after I filled to disperse some of the micro air bubbles and to aid in cooling . Any ideas. Of why caused and future heads up ?

I wouldn't assume it is any sort of growth before examining it.
Plasticiser has been mistaken for growth before.

Silver, especially in plug form, I wouldn't expect to be very useful in preventing growth but the xt1 should have been all that was needed.

There should be no plasticizer in the loop. I used primochill lrt. Tubing on both loops. Only thing I can think of is maybe that xt1 I used is more of a antifreeze than a biocide

Not questioning you to be. A ass but how different would a silver plug be from silver coils besides maybe more surface area
