Enable the Extreme memory profile, and if you cannot enable it, that means your type of RAM is not meant for overclocking or there are simply no overclocking system available. Enabling the extreme memory profile, overclocks your system automatically, and it should all be done now.

I wouldn't call the good overclocking advice, and some of the statements are, well, untrue.

XMP profiles are programmed onto memory sticks, so even if you BIOS has an XMP option, you memory has to be XMP memory too.

I'm typing this on a computer that has no XMP option in the BIOS nor is there any XMP memory installed, yet my memory is overckocked 5%.

There are other issues with your article. but, I do have to say all your grammar and punctuation is correct!
