So why do you game on PC if you don't want to bother messing with the gfx settings? I'm positive there are good games on PC that your rig can't max out so I guess you are going to miss out on them.

Basically this. Id rather take an "optimized" game even if its on a console to some unoptimized crap and wait for countless patches to fix it.

The beta ran great on gfx cards not named 980 TI/Titan X. Wait for Digital Foundry ect. before you come to conlcusions. I doubt this is another Arkham Knight scenario.

I've never played a truly broken game on PC.
Even if the image was exactly the same as console and my rig was 99% load to run it, I'd still do it this way. My rig may not use the code as efficiently as the console it was ported from, but I don't care. I want high frame rates, lower input lag and the control I have over my game play.
And a PC is more useful to me than a PS4.

This games eats vram and ram for breakfast.
I have virtual Mem/pagefile disabled

So pagefile here is Ram used for game and background+ram reserved for vram swapping etc.. it was peaking at 27gb.

Vram is at 9gb for 1440p.
