Looking at Raid0 array for 3-4 256 GB Crucial M4 HDDs, it looks like one 3500 would mop the floor with this setup.

Would both 3500 and 3600 be compatible with being primary drive for Asrock P67 Extreme4 Gen3?

Pricing as of 11-6-15
Intel P3500 (400GB) : $ 552.99
Intel Fultondale 3 DC P3600 AIC 400GB PCI-Express 3.0 MLC Solid State Drive - OEM $ 618.99
Intel SSD DC P3700 Series SSDPEDMD400G401 400GB, 1/2 Height PCIe 3.0, 20nm, MLC $ 909.99

Would you say that the P3600 is the price vs performance sweet spot ?

I've always been a big fan of Micron/Crucial/Intel, anyone else I should be looking at in this arena?
I'd look at Samsung more if it wasn't for their heat issues.
