Bizzard wants the customers to pay for their product. I see no problem in that because they are not a ******* charity organization!
The good thing about the price tag is it will prevent hackers and mitigate the number of smurfs because this game will be played competitively as most FPSs and DotAs do, so those 2 things are a problem which blizzard chose to deal with by adding a price tag. Hackers will be reported easily and ultimately their account will be banned just like with all other blizzard paid games. Accounts become less expendable.
However there will be a problem with their future content. I am sadly disappointed that you can't buy all the future heroes like you can in Smite. The only worrying thing is will the future heroes be locked behind a paywall or will players be able to "earn" them. Either way that will be a hassle.
The way they deliver future content can literally kill this game.
Sorry about inform you ....but on the whole hacker theory you have....it wont stop some hackers at all....i know of a few people that pay subcriptions for hacks and they have a forums for support etc...one friend showed me their forums....even have threads on the cheapest place to buy the game when you get caught and banned.....and alot of them dont mind paying for a new cd key...Sad part on this is blizzard has a win-win on their hands....they have hackers paying for multiple keys while your average consumer, who only pays for one key, gets to deal with hackers ruining their play...so the public gets the shaft...as usual
