The chips are pretty much identical, i don't see what else it could be.

From what people are saying the game is just a damn mess anyway, people with identical systems are having completely different experiences with it.

Considering I've ran higher OC's that surpass a 390x by a bit (1175 core / 1500 mem) and never saw anywhere near 25fps gained I'd have to disagree. Likely a driver issue, or throttling. But that's some pretty bad throttling if it is... which leads me to realistically think this simply needs to be rebenched or we can we can wait on other sites results to get a better idea. Wouldn't be the first time a gpu scores were way out of place and posted online

980ti with a rather big lead at 1440p over the fury x, surprised it does not maintain that large lead at 4k considering the vram hog this game is and the little vram the fury x has.

No lead at 1080p, high lead at 1440p.again no lead at 4k. I think BO3 engine is just bananas.

OMG. I think we have clear consensus on the pc version of this game at this stage. I was looking forward to the campaign because it looks good (saw the PS4 version), but these reviews are not pretty. AK all over again. I was near a gamestop this morning and i did hesitate a little about picking up the game. http://steamcommunity.com/app/311210/reviews/

Wow this game has absolutely horrible optimisations... GTX 770 is performing worse than the 960,950,R9 370,R9 285 which isnt normal and then all of a sudden it runs better than the 780ti in 4k??

I wager most game sites only review the console version. From what i've seen its pretty good.

The pc version isnt stable. Theres another tech site saying they wont publish benches until newer drivers come out. Its that bad right now.

Guys i'll throw this stupid question out there...

aren't all games designed on PC? I don't understand why the PC versions usually have the most issues.

When BF4 came out though people said it was a mess. This was even on consoles. Now it's fine. Hopefully they fix this game up but hey STAR WARS is coming!

Most 'AAA' games are designed on consoles, then ported to the PC.

With consoles you have 1 or 2 different specifications (PS and Xbox). With PC you have all these different setups, different archidectures etc. So its harder to optimize the game for PC.

Also the COD series sells better on consoles. So the PC QA team is probably smaller and you have less resources going towards optimizations for PC version of the game.
