Game data is static, so once it's written it stays where it is. If it was installed on a somewhat unfragmented drive, you'll likely see no performance gain from defragging the drive. The data never moves with the exception of a few temp and config files and fragmentation isn't going to affect those.
If you have your games on a storage drive, you'll really never need to defragment... except if you maybe uninstall a bunch of things.
You only really need to defrag an OS drive... and you really don't even need to defrag often. Delete temp files and clean the registry with Ccleaner... I think that would be more beneficial to OS drive performance than constant defragging.
