How close is my gtx 570 to a ps4?

Thread Starter
I don't have a ps4 yet but eventually I will get one. But I'm debating to get fallout 4 for pc or ps4. How close is my current build to a ps4?

If you plan to play any of the PS4 exclusives, then yes, the PS4 is a better choice. Otherwise, for all other multi-platform games that aren't botched from start, your current system with current card should be ~ to a PS4.

I wouldn't really recommend a 570 anymore, unless it's the HD edition with 2.5 GB of ram, which makes a huge difference. 1.2 GB on a 570 REALLY holds it back. It's amazing what horsepower is hidden under that limitation. But my old 570 did what it could, and never gave up. It's just sitting in its box now. Another issue was the heat, and I didn't like the power draw or noise, so there's that.. moving to a 960 fixed all of those problems and my room stays cooler now too! But really, you'll be fine if you don't want ultra and 60 FPS. If you can continue to settle for high-ish and 40-60 FPS, you're fine. Mine played BF4 on ultra with turning the AA down at 1080 and I got 40+ FPS...
