[NVIDIA] 358.91 WHQL Fallout 4 Game-Ready Driver - Page 2

Can't change my refresh rate with these drivers on Windows 10 build 10586 with a 780Ti. Plus the Nvidia control panel opened once then disappeared after trying to change the refresh a couple times. Had to restart to get it to open again. I tried 3 other tools for "OC'ing" the refresh rate and they all fail as well. I've never had that problem with any driver to date. Will go back to 358.87 for now and see if I can change it. Just want to make sure it's driver and not any hardware problem.

I've seen that issue a few times. Being able to open control panel fine, and then randomly for some reason it refuses to open without a restart. Doesn't happen often, but, it's annoying when it does.

Thats the exact issue I was worried about. I use Nvidia's custom resolution to OC my refresh rate. The last few drivers apparently this is disabled for windows 10? Haven't done a ton of research on it as of yet because the .50 drivers still work with windows 10 and I haven't needed any new ones for games but with this being the game ready for fallout I'd like to be able to play with my higher refresh. I think there's a backup tool or some 3rd party that allows it still but sucks that it was broken for windows 10 with the last couple official drivers.

Sorry should have specified custom resolutions ability to OC refresh rate for those of us with a Korean monitor still.

Apparently not. Though they do work fine on 358.87 for me. Just installed that set and it works again.

Edit: And yes, I meant only OC'ing the refresh rate on custom resolutions on the Korean monitors. I wasn't aware of another issue than this.

This is actually incredibly annoying for me. I don't think I am going to pick this up on release.

Apparently! redface.gif I have a Korean monitor too at 96Hz. Fist madVR has issues with the Nvidia drivers, then SVP has issues too, now this? Jesus I'll stick to 8.1 until they get their act together. Those are three major things I will literally not compromise on. Glad I found out before wiping my 8.1...
This sort of thing happens a lot with Nvidia. You report two similar sounding errors at the same time, one is fixed and they think both are fixed, then you can't get the message through to them that it ISN'T just one bug, it's two.

Mouse issue since the introduction of DSR went unfixed for this exact reason.

Preaching to the Choir brother. My windows 10 upgrade went smooth until that dastardly nvidia geforce driver ruined it. Now I am stuck on 355 as anything newer just randomly crashes when I try to OC the refresh rate.
